1. Create Shorts
Paste a YouTube link or upload a file from the dashboard. AI will analyze the video and automatically extract the most engaging moments. You can adjust settings like Shorts length and subtitle language.

2. Template Settings
Set up your Shorts title, channel info, subtitle style, and more in template settings. Once configured, all future Shorts will use these settings automatically.
3. Edit
Fine-tune your generated Shorts in the editor. Trim segments on the timeline, edit subtitles, adjust playback speed, and use the AI hooking feature to place the highlight at the beginning.
4. Export & Upload
When you're done editing, hit Export to start the final render. Download the finished Shorts or upload them directly to your YouTube channel.
